- General provisions
By using the Novaconomy website, users agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these Terms of Use, please do not use this website. The use of services made available, as well as registration, are free of charge. Novaconomy reserves the right to modify or limit the content, services or service it has made available.
- Intellectual property
The contents of Novaconomy, such as texts, photos, graphics, sounds, animations, videos and advertising banners, are protected in accordance with the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of the Republic of Serbia, as well as other regulations relevant to the protection of intellectual property. Any use, especially storage in databases, duplication, expansion, processing or forwarding to third parties (even partially or in a processed form) is prohibited without the prior written consent of Novaconomy.
- Links to other websites
Novaconomy may link its users to other websites that are owned and operated by other parties and are not maintained by Novaconomy. When linking to other online offers, Novaconomy assumes no responsibility for the content, functionality or availability of the linked websites. This also applies to any other direct or indirect reference or connection to foreign internet offers. If the website to which the user connects contains illegal content, please inform us about it without delay. After checking and determining that a certain website contains illegal content, the link to that website will be removed immediately.
- Responsibilities and guarantees
4.1. Novaconomy regularly edits its content and offered services. However, Novaconomy does not assume responsibility for the accuracy, currency and completeness of all information. If there are errors regarding the content on Novaconomy, they will be corrected as soon as possible.
4.2. Novaconomy’s liability for minor negligence, as well as compensation for consequential damages (ordinary damages and lost profits), and compensation for damages at the request of third parties against registered users of Novaconomy is excluded.
4.3. The registered user of Novaconomy is independently responsible for the legal acceptability of the content or attachments that he uploads and/or publishes on Novaconomy. The registered user of Novaconomy is obliged to take care that the contributions he publishes on Novaconomy are free of illegal, violent, disparaging, offensive, defamatory, criminal, pornographic or racist content.
4.4. Novaconomy has the right to, at any time, remove the contents of registered users that are in violation of the regulations of the Republic of Serbia, as well as to block the account and delete the entered data to terminate and/or prevent the registered user from using Novaconomy’s services.
- Registration and processing of personal data
5.1. When registering, i.e. creating an account on Novaconomy, the user leaves his/her personal data. Also, on that occasion, the user declares that he agrees and gives his consent to Novaconomy for the processing of his personal data for all processing purposes, which is presented to him in a separate document that regulates the conditions of personal data protection. Therefore, the user confirms that he is familiar with the content of the mentioned document, and declares that he agrees that the data, including the personal data he provided during registration on Novaconomy, can be processed and used by Novaconomy for marketing purposes (including sending e-mails and SMS messages). In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Serbia, the user has the following rights, namely: 1) transparency in the processing of personal data, 2) access to his personal data, 3) correction of incorrect and incomplete data, 4) deletion of his personal data data, 5) limiting the processing of personal data in specific cases, 6) portability of data, as well as 7) to object to the processing of personal data.
5.2. Furthermore, the user accepts and agrees that Novaconomy can forward the data: (i) to the web designer assigned by Novaconomy for the commercialization of the website, or (ii) to the court and/or other state authority, at their request, and in accordance with the law.
5.3. The user’s consent to receive marketing messages via e-mail or SMS messages can be revoked at any time within the user’s account. The user, in addition, has the right to receive more information about the processing of his personal data at any time by sending a query to the e-mail address office@novaconomy.com, as well as to revoke his consent to the processing and use of personal data by sending a notification in this regard to the same e-mail – email address. Also, please note that if you revoke your consent to the processing of personal data, Novaconomy will be forced to delete your user account and will not be able to provide you with the services it provides to other users registered on Novaconomy.
- Commenting rules
6.1. User comments represent an important segment within the work and functioning of Novaconomy, so Novaconomy encourages and prioritizes comments with constructive and quality content.
6.2. In order to ensure the safety and security of all Novaconomy visitors and users, only registered users can post comments and/or content intended for publication on Novaconomy. Novaconomy does not guarantee in any way the accuracy, origin, reliability and quality of the content of the comments.
6.3. The content of the published comments does not represent the opinion, decision or position of Novaconomy, therefore the textual content of the comments exclusively represents the opinion and position of Novaconomy users.
6.4. The user agrees to these Terms of Use and grants Novaconomy the unlimited right to publish, reproduce and distribute the content of his comments without any obligation or compensation, as well as without any limitation in space and time.
6.5. The user is solely responsible for the content and copyright within his comment, therefore Novaconomy does not have any responsibility towards third parties in this regard. If a third party submits a claim for damages against Novaconomy, the user is obliged to submit all relevant evidence and information, as well as to compensate Novaconomy for damages suffered due to the content of the comments.
6.6. Novaconomy reserves the right to select, unpublish and delete comments, as well as the right to subsequently moderate comments that will be published.
6.7. It is not allowed to publish comments that contain information, data, opinions and ideas that incite discrimination, hatred or violence against a person or group of persons because of their belonging or not belonging to a race, religion, nation, ethnic group, gender or because of their sexual orientation, or any other personal property. Novaconomy reserves the right not to publish or delete comments that incite hate speech or contain profanity and insults, as well as not to publish or delete comments that are negative, offensive or hostile to Novaconomy’s editorial policy.
- Termination of Use
The registered user has the right, in the login section of Novaconomy, to terminate the use of Novaconomy without specifying a specific reason for such a decision.
